Our Mission & Purpose

 A warm welcome to Moksha Yoga.

We are extremely committed to finding a practice that works for each individual and creating a beautiful and loving space not only for students to feel safe, confident and accepted but also to reap the beneficial aspects of physical, emotional and psychological growth that come with Yoga.

At Moksha Yoga we are dedicated to giving our students all the support needed to enjoy the nourishing benefits of a balanced yoga practice through offering expertise, passion and quality in everything we do. From beginners to students who want to deepen their practice, you can discover new levels of depth in your yoga, both on the mat and in extending the positive impact of these transformative teachings into your everyday life.
